Hi Gang....Thanks to a totally unexpected call from Eric Aucoin in Chicago, I now know there is a web site devoted to the old WGH gang...the best on air and news team ever, as I recall. Hope to hear from some of you when you have the chance. My email address is [shrieves@email.com]. Still living in Williamsburg and still pastoring the Trinity Baptist Church in Hampton. (You'd have thought they would be wise to me by now, but we've been there at Trinity for just shy of 35 years now). As you know I was forced to leave Dick Lamb and the 2WD Breakfast Bunch for health reasons....malnutition. OK gang, where are you? Best, Carlton PS - Hey, Dale. I had no idea where you where.

My dad having been stationed at Fort Monroe, I grew up listening to WNOR and WGH. King George Crawford, Mike Patrick,Dale Parsons, Jeff Davis( Later worked at the legendary WLS)Neal Steele, Doctor Jay, Rob Wayne, Tom Scott, Bob Calvert, Roger Clark and yes Dick Kidney, Carlton Shrieves(SP)George Passage. These air personalities will live in my heart for the rest of my life. Neal Steele used to let me into the Mercury Blvd. studios in the summer of 1976 and I loved to watch him work. That what started my 30 years as an air personality and now a voice-actor. Thanks for the memories WGH. Thanks Dale for this page. This type of radio is so sorely missed. I get very nostalgic whever I travel to Hampton to visit old friends.
