Yes..Lene Gene Loving worked for two stations in the Richmond area before getting his more adult gig at 1480 WLEE. One was WLLY which I believe was at 1320 (it later became WEET), and the other was the WEZL at 1590. Loving started at WLLY in 1957 while he was a student at Richmond's John Marshall High School. He was part of Marshall's last graduating class (June 1959) at its old downtown Richmond site. Gene's dad, Aubrey Eugene Loving, Sr., was a Parks and Rec supervisor of some sort.
