As with any other part of the English-speaking world, some of the companies that purchased advertising time on WGH during the 1950's-1970's are now just a memory. Some are still a part of the Peninsula's commerce, such as the Suttle Motor Corporation (Cadillac dealer) or McDonald's Restaurants. Others, such as Rich's Drive-Ins or Skateland are long gone.
