Even when there is a local DJ it seems that the dynamic has changed. Everyone is trying to be a comedian or there is the cook book yuk it up duo or trio. Maybe I am blinded by nostalgia, but it seemed that the DJ's in those days somehow made a connection with each listener. That doesn't seem to happen anymore.
