I went to High School with a guy named Wayne Newcomb and everyday at lunch we would sit around and sing WGH Jingles and discuss WGH and WNOR.He kept saying that one day he would be on the radio.I went into the ARMY and lost contact with him.One evening while shopping at Military Circle I walked by the WGH Showcase studios and to my surprise* Wayne Newcomb (*Now called Rob Wayne) was sitting behind the console.He saw me and got up during a news break and unlocked the door to the studio(It was 8:00 PM ) and invited me in .I sat there watching him loading the cart machines and cueing up the 3 turntables with 45's for "Another Hour of Music Power" After a few minutes he looked up and laughed and said I told you that I would be here one day.....And So He Was !
